I don't know ur area but there going fr around 5-10k in Ohio. Most over 170000 miles.

Don't see to many around here. That price was for dodges. What you'll notice is ever person with a dodge thinks they have the best one out there and will be asking 2-3k more than blue book price on 2nd gens. My truck is booked at 6-7k but I know I could sell it for 8500+

Fords are cheap on the other hand older ones but you have two more cylinders,glow plugs etc. I had a ford and am trying out this dodge other than stupid things like cracked dash, air is broke, and rusting bumpers and fenders im pretty sastified with it

What year ford did u have? Any issues with it? Im looking at the 88-92 with the 7.3l idi ? If i got one should i install an intercooler?

88-92 fords don't have turbos so no need for an intercooler. And no possible way for u to hit 500hp with an Idi. U can pick an Idi up for little to nothing.

I had a 99 ext cab short Ned automatic 4x4. Personally it'd have to be one sweet truck and deal for me to go back ti a powerstroke their just a pain to work on in my opinion voter working on mine.

So i should just save my money and buy a 1994-1998 dodge pickup? What's the max hp i can get from the cummins? 12 valve right?

Well knowing me i wont be pulling much. So im thinking high horse pwer dd with the occasional drag race 1 or 2 a year.
