What Peppers do they use? They use Cilantro? I am about as big of a Salsa nut you can find……a connoisseur if you will! I have yet to find a store bought salsa that isn’t soaked in vinegar that ruins the taste of the stuff…..OR they just rough cut a tomato and the chunckes are soo big you need to chips....im sorry....i like my stuff smooth with a small chunck every now and then! haha......Man...I miss Texas!

I’m interested in looking into this…..thanks for the links……

This is the best salsa ive ever had , Really

Unkle Timz CRAZY HOT Salsa 17 oz jar (6UTCHS)

CRAZY HOT --- For those Double Dawg Dare you folks, introduce Mr. Habeñero

Unkle Timz Hot Salsa 17 oz jar (4UTHS)

Jumpin’ jalapeños, hot but not too hot!

I work with Tim He Has his own garden and grows all his own stuff , hes had to rent a kitchen to be able to Pass the FDA stuff to be able to sell his Salsa .

Youll Like it Trust me

I might take a look at it.....

I dont like it were is STUPID hot...there needs to be a balance of flavor and heat.....

I think the perfect salsa is just hot enough that if you keep eating, it dont hurt...but once you stop...its stays with you for about 10 mins or so.....

I don’t like those one bite and your farting flames......its fun to watch folks eat it...but you can't enjoy it......

The salsa in MO....well you never hear about it because they think Chili power and red wing sauce is fine to use as a salsa ingredient.....SO i just bring my stuff in from home. (I just brought back 3 gallons of salsa from my fave TexMex joint in Coppell, Texas over new years.....and its all most all gone......haha.....)

Man im getting hungry.........

I have had the hot and it was warm but not blazing hot. Flavor was real good.

My theroy on salsa is this:

Anyone can make it hot...but it takes skill to make is taste good!

My B-Day is coming up.....i might suggest this salsa for a gift........

I Love salsa with mild-to-hot green chili pepers mixed with jalopenos.......Tia's Tex-Mex made theirs this way...and it was awesome.....the food over the years slipped...but the salsa and Chips were always good.....sad to see them close all the Texas locations......
