cat is about the only hoe i see only pipeline see some komatsu though

 

I have to say I have run case, cat and deere equipment and well the guys I work with beat the crap out of the equipment and cat seems to hold up the best

 

Komatsu is definately my favorite. The operator seat is comfortable. The hydraulics are fast and they are somewhat light on their feet. I am refering to the 220 size machine. Cats feel heavy in the boom to me. thats just me. The new cat machines are quite a bit faster than the old ones but I still favor a Komatsu. The larger cat machines definately have more breakout force and that comes in handy once in a while. My point of reference is having ran a Komatsu 220-6 for 4 years straight. Same machine. I also owned an older Cat 320BL for 2 years.
