where is a good place to buy warn winch parts?

i have a warn 8074
pretty big Heavy duty winch, it looks identical to the 8274



but mine doest have the "free spool" option the **** left hand side, top case.
i was hoping might might be able to be converted so i can have a "free spool" option

 

call Warn.....

 

some times going direct is more expensive then buying from a dealer.
i thought maybe some one out there might have a good site to check out?
