Default Window repair

Greetings all! I have a 2001 HD 2500 silverado diesel Crew cab. My rear passenger side window does not work. There is a sticky threat on how to replace the entire window actuator unit.

My question is; will it be easier to simply replace the motor or should I replace the entire unit. Common sense tells me it will be way easier to replace the motor, but I"ve never had to mess with electric windows till now.

Thank you in advance

Replacing just the motor itself would probably be easier... The only thing is I believe most parts places only sell the motor and regulator together.
