Hey guys I have an 05 lly and earlier this week my truck started idle'ing rough and smoking a blue/purple smoke im suspecting injectors but ive been doing some reading that it could be a fuel pressure regulator it seems to calm down in neutral but it still does the rumble and rough feeling with the smoke in drive and park only mods it has is a 4 inch and a 80 horse predator tune in it right now im hoping its not injectors as i cannot afford to pay for a $6000 dollar set of injectors will be going later next week to get my balance rates checked from a buddy of mine just wondering what you guys think this might be. injectors are probably your cause, good balance rates are +-4 in park and +-6 in gear

You don't have to replace all 8 injectors........ replacing 1 or 2 is far more affordable, as well as if you can install them yourself or with the help of a buddy it makes things much cheaper as well

well I put in some diesel kleen injector cleaner and lube in my tank 2 nights ago and it smoothed right out but today i was at a light no smoke, smooth idle i go to leave and it has no power and has a lot of white/purple smoke coming out i hooked my programmer up to it and it threw a code P0302 cylinder 2 misfire, is there any chance that this could be the 2,7 injector harness problem or is it for sure the injector
