Default ID this aftermarket part?

Who's up for a challenge?

OK, so i recently got this truck, 06 chevy 2500 duramax, and this was in it. it didnt do anything so i started checking wires. this control head goes to a connector (6pin) in the fuse box thats not hooked to anything, theres another connector of the exact same type that runs under the dash, it's connected to a whole buncha stuff, 2 wires in the SEO 6-way connector in the fuse box on the floor, and 1 wire in the SL RIDE connector in the same box, then it looks like the whole mess run up into the steering column, possibly the dash but i'm not gonna tear it that far apart. the harness is marked "transglobal design engineering, harness EM7 TPMS" tried to look the company up but no real info to be found.

TPMS is a Tire pressure Monitoring System....

Who did you buy the truck from?

Dealership. They have no idea since they picked it up at an auction, serviced it and stuck it on the lot.

part of it is missing, the control head has a connector on it, and the rest of the harness has the same connector, both female so they don't mate up.

so it's a harness on one end wired into a buncha stuff, and a control head hooked to nothing. I was just curious if anyone had seen anything like it, I don't feel like trying to hook it up and frying something!

so far people have guessed a light board controller or something along those lines.

the connectors hanging free in the fuse box by the door.

one goes to the harness, one goes to the controller thing.

and I traced it up to the steering wheel, but I would have to pull the column to see exactly what its hooked to, horn works, multistick works, so i'm not sure what else it could be hooked too, maybe a custom attempt at the drivers information center buttons? truck doesn't have them.

Found a reciever buried behind the column. Smartire TPMS system. Apparently no longer made or supported so I ripped most of it out, looks like it would be impossible to get the missing part, and no idea if the senders are still on the rim.
