Default LBZ smog question

I have a 07 DMax LBZ and I live in California. From what I here California is starting to smog diesels from 1998 to current. I have an AFE stage 2 intake on my truck and I was wandering if anyone knew if it would pass the visual inspection? I tried to contact AFE, with no reply.
Thanks

AFAIK You should be legal with just a modified air intake. But hopefully someone will clarify this.

i read a copy of some info from kali that any modified air system is illegal. i need to find it so i can link. also in the same group of info it mentioned any modified tank, auxillary or replacement tank of a differnt type or capacity than stock is illegal such as the replacement transfer flow etc.

as to a free-er flowing air filter, that would actually decrease smoke.

the officials in kali must be sniffing glue.
