How do Duramax compare to Cummins and Powerstoke ?

There is one perfect truck! THE ONE YOU BUY AND TAKE GOOD CARE OF. If you mod the crap out of it do not expect it to last. Ford, Chevy and Dodge all have good engineering and are built for a specific application. If it has been moded. It is not there fault it failed. You mod it you engineered it, you live with the result don't blame them. Im not bashing mods but. They do not engineer there parts to go with the other parts you have installed. Not there fault they are making a product for a specific application not all applications. You can tell by the post and sigs who breaks and who mods they normally go together.

my dad has a 2011 duramax lml and let me tell you even though it has all the emissions crap and that i am a cummins guy all the way, his dmax smokes my buddys 6.7 cummins that has delete kit and smarty i beat him off the line and hold him for a little ways then he barley win those dmaxs are pretty sweet truck. and the older durmaxs are wicked with efi live

I researched my first diesel purchase for months before I finally decided on my 07 LMM Duramax. I've had it for a little over a year now and I still love it.
