I'd get the stacks, I can't get stacks because my dog is always in the back of my truck. That poor guy would get smoked out and it would be too loud. Otherwise I'd get stacks for sure.

Well looks like the unanmimous decision is to stack it. So i guess when i get the money the stacks are going on. Im getting them custom built so what do you guys think the height should be. Below the cab(Is that gonna be too loud) Right above or perfectly level? Also should i go with 6" or 7"

From what I am told by several stack owners, the bottom lip of the opening should be at least to the top of your cab, to help keep in cab noise down. I know thats where mine is going when I get the single.

Well DAMMIT!!! Me and RTToys were talking about doing the same thing on my truck except that it would use 2 mitre cuts. I just THOUGHT we were going to be the first ones to try it.

Yes it will. You want the lower lip of the stack outlet to be just above the cab. If its below it you'll get a lot of drone in the cab.

Almost forgot. hehe We decided to use a solenoid controlled flapper valve into a collector and tie it into the TCM. So each time the tranny shifts it would change which pipe the smoke blew out of.
