Well, I don't have anything official on my MPGs because on my 2200 mile journey to CO and back I switched tires back to my 285s and stock PYO wheels to help fuel mileage. Just from memory of when I use to run this setup, while towing, I got anywhere between 8-10 mpg depending on how many toys I had in the trailer. This weekend (other than the huge head wind coming out of CO till this side of Abiline, which got us 7-8mpgs) I got 9-10 everywhere else and this was with a heavier load than my normal. I usually run around 20,500# combined, this time I weighed in at 21,500#.

We haven't done any of that yet, but some people are putting 'header wrap' around the up pipes to keep it cooler around the firewall area.

Yep, went to Colorado Spring, CO for the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb. Did a bunch of riding in the area and watch the races up Pikes Peak. Truck and trailer performed flawlessly.

He will not get in trouble if he is not actively trying to sell his stuff...

I went through Co Springs last Monday and I would have bet that I saw your truck and trailer.

Ya, we left 'The Springs' (as the locals call it) around 10 Monday morning, headed down I-25 to Pueblo to US50 east

There was a bad accident on 25s, cops and paramedics everywhere. Looked real bad.

123, a little birdy showed me some 'race headers' that may tickle your fancy. Stay tuned....

Just an FYI to all those 'slip joints will leak' folks, I'm now testing bellowed up pipes.......feel good, power is almost the same, only the dyno will tell.........

I think I'm/we are going to do a 'test drive' for those sceptics here soon. Just trying to find time.

Here are the numbers from my 3 previous dyno pulls. (haven't done a dyno with the new bellowed up pipes yet)

2250rpm - 2750 - Peak
My stock 108/258 - 220/420 - 231.7/420.5
Up Pipes 156/366 - 228/435 - 237.1/434.9
Pipes
and headers 160/374 - 238/451 - 245.4/451.2

Down low power is great, boost comes on strong at any given time, just by pushing the go pedal. 1900-2200rpm is right where I and everyone else should be towing at and that's right where the pipes and headers do their best......
