The only time i would consider replacing the stock intake is when doing compound turbos and you need the extra room or some other large turbo the pulls a lot more air.
Anything with the stock turbo the factory intake can handle

If the setting on the life pump is kept at a reasonable pressure then nothing usually meeds to be done in the tune. It does though allow the tuner to turn up the fueling a little bit for more HP if you want.

Tell us what you want to use it for and how much HP you want and we can help point you in the right direction. Also this may be best done under a new thread as this one is for another subject and i think we may be getting to far of track if we try and cover this here

I'm fixin to do a DEF and DEF delete this coming week. Issues with my exhaust system and can't get into a dealership for at least a month. I had planned on waiting for my warranty to expire but I'm 50 miles away from 4 mph max speed. I ordered Kory Willis tunes and a straight pipe exhaust kit. Next will be intake and gauges (not planning on hotrodding it, just wanna be safe). What else would y'all recommend? Remember, I am fairly new to all this so layman's terms please
