Default 2007 lmm problems

Hi every one,im new to this site and was wondering if any one could give some advice on a few issues im having.
issue 1 is truck wont start in morning unless i turn key a few times (acts like dead batteries)it turns over a rev or two stops ,does it again stops, does it again then starts like nothing is wrong.put a load test on both batteries and they are good, checked charging system and it too is good however the gauge says its not charging when it first starts.https://www.dieselbombers.com/images...C_thinking.gif

issue 2 is when in regen mode it smokes like crazy from underneath and i dont mean from tail pipe,it looks like its on fire and stinks the inside of my truck up and outside smells like the same thing.

issue 3 is these are codes it throws p0401-p0191-p0087 i can clear these and truck will be fine for days but then comes back.

issue 4 is the average duration for an oil change is 26 days and i usually drive no more than 1500 miles a month,i also do not let it idle for any length of time except on warm up in morning (10 mins) i can also tell when the oil light is going to come on cause it stinks like crazy while its running.truck has 59000 miles on it and only thing done to it is a hypertech lmm chip however i took it out last month. PLEASE HELP, THANKS!

You may want to check the GM # 08142 Customer Satisfaction-ECM EEPROM -Reprogram ECM -(May 12 2008) notice form GM for All 2007 and certian 2008 that requires a complete reprogram of the ECM ******there is a list of VIn series involved.
(If you have not allready)
Call a GM dealer with your VIn # and ask it it has been done yet

As for the starting issue, check the starter itself. Its somewhat of a long shot but my buddy had something along those lines and the connections to the starter were going bad...longshot though.

I had the same problem with my 09 duramax with the dead batteries and the p0191 code brought it into the dealership they said I had a loose battery cable an they unplugged and replugged in my wiring and the code stops the truck starts up fine now but it doesn't seem to be running at full power seems to be starved of fuel I'm gonna start by changing my fuel filter but from what I've been reading with the code p0191 it has to do with fuel rail pressure
