Default Power in overhead console

Is there any ignition on power source in the overhead garage door opener/whatever console? I'm hardwiring a valentine so it needs to be a clean power source. If not I'll run down to the fuse box.

I just ran the wire under the headliner and down the A pillar. I decided i wanted to put in the remote display eventually so the junction box needed to be under the dash anyway.
