06 LBZ and tranny swap into a 03 lb7 body

06 LBZ and tranny swap into a 03 lb7 body
Here's my question, I am wanting to put my 06' LBZ and tranny into my 03 body. Will that all plug up with the 03 wiring harness or do I need to put the 06's wiring harness in it?
