i deleted my stock fuel filter and ran a line straight to the cp3 on my truck. itl drop down to 5psi under WOT. thats with a 150 airdog. the last cp3 i trashed was because i was pulling a vacuum even with an airdog on it. i went and looked at all my fuel lines and found a kinked line in my fuel system. you gotta make sure its all gravy comming from the tank to the cp3.

The fuel rail plug can sometimes just have a small drip. nothing crazy like shooting fuel at 23kpsi but a few drips here and there can come out everyonce in a while. they still do the job. i personally dont like anything leaking on my truck. so i reccoment the shims plus its cheaper for the same effect.

it can stay out if you have efi live. i did a EGR delete from sinister last weekend on a buddy of mines lly. im going to post pics and stuffs this weekend.

How did you delete the stock fuel filter because I have a cat filter kit I wanna to put in but I want that one out because I feel it's very restrictive also the fuel drip I'm also very **** so l probly take it back out and thread tape it in on the other side I came up two codes 0088 0089 so looks like I'm putn a prv in again only down fall I used cyclone to hold turbo inlet in so I'm gona have a field day trying to get it out haha and why did u say the truck Needs such little fuel from the fuel pump ur satin 12psi and the other guys are saying 26psi why is that cause I don't wanna set it at the wrong pressure Nd hurt something also def post pics and the filter bypass I would love to know because I'm dieting to pull that restrictive thing out and what about the ficm because doesn't it go to that after the filer before Motor how do u adapt it to that from half inch rubber thanks

The fuel filter delete I used a hide and some barb fittings to bypass the filter and I removed it. The fuel psi. Issue if the fuel system is holding the commanded fuel rail pressure and you still have positive pressure coming from the lift pump there is no need to rub extra pressure. With that high of pressure it can cause pressure fluctuations at idle if you have a modded fpr. It can be tubed out with efi live using table b1010 but if you don't hsve to why use it IMO.

Well I repaced the bad fpr and that made it run really good and the only other problem I'm havin a maf sensor problem but I believe it has to do with egr being gone with the code up I put in the finger stick and it didn't do **** but I believe once I put in efi live and turn it off it should be fine again but ickninda wanna delete my filter because I got a cat filter inline on the frame rail and do you or anyone know if u can or where you can get parts or the whole heavy duty tcase parts or entire I blew mine up ....again hahaha lemme know

Did you blow your t case up or did u rub a hole in it? You can find one from a junkyard pretty easily. If you have an airdog, nictane and stock filter its an overkill I run just the air dog only and its good, it will filter down good enough for the CR system.

No boom haha it pops when Ingaged and I have a raptor pump and a nicktane cat filter I don't like air dog what's cv I don't get all the abrv but I def want the stock out cause its a garbage system do u have a high flow cp3 line kit I'm havin some kinked line issues at the pump I gota change the inlet to a 90degree and what is the psi ur running out of your air dogg

U need a water seperator and a filter somewhere, you can add more pressure to compensate for loss of psi during wot. I run 12 psi on mine and it will drop down to five under wot. I have an airdog 150

I have a cat filter from nicktane diesel and I do need a water separator but I'll prob fab on up on the Frame rail how hard is efi live to use

If you want to tuneon your own it can bebe very difficult, if you have someone do the tuning all you have to do is load the tune using your laptop. Which is easy enough. If you want something to be changed you will need to log and send the log and current tune u have, the tuner should be able to walk you through that... mlst of the time

What version should u get the 5 version or the smaller one and how far can I push te truck before I start hurting the motor or the injectors not keeping up because very thing else is done besides turbo ad injectors
