Ive been working on this guys truck and its the sickest truck ive ever rode in.when its taking off it takes about 5 seconds to come on top of its self. sometimes it falls on its face just driving down the road. it keeps throwing a super/turbo charger boost control module code. it has efi live tune, cold air, and egr blocker. we cleaned the air filter replaced feul filter checked the injectors and i checked the play in the turbo theres no play. any ideas?

it is an lly and its not throwing an over boost code and it doesnt sound like its over boosting i watched the boost cuz i thought the same thing. the boost didnt do anything weird it hit 29 lbs

 

i hear there is a hidden overboost code on the lly's, fixing it dont know till i play with one

 

would it possiblly be the waste gate going bad

 

there is no wastegate on the lly, the vanes in the turbo act as one by controlling boost

 

i was always told it was an electronic wastegait

 

very rare but i had a couple where the vanes were stuck inside and the ring was rusted to the housing

 

could that give me an idea by watching the boost

 

and if vane postion does not meet desired
