I have a friend working on a 01 duramax. It will not start unless the shot it with ether and then it runs fine. It also has a fuel driver fault code. I don't know enough about the dmax to know it most likely the fuel driver is bad or if it could be something like like a crank sensor or air causing the code. Any help would be appreciated.
