Well I completley unloaded my bully dog gt tuner from the truck and now the check engine light isnt coming back. Is it possible my bully dog has bad software on it?

I only had the bully dog on the tow setting. It even tripped the ses light while it was on the no power (stock) setting. As far as egr how would I be able to tell?, Ive ony had this truck for 4 days now so its not very familiar yet.

No egr on my truck then. Ok the codes came back, but only after like 200 miles of driving, before it was coming on like every 5 mins. When im on the highway in 5th i can feel the converter trying to lock, but it wont engage, this makes the truck feel like its starving for fuel and it bucks a little. This only seems to happen when its raining out. Could this be symptoms of a bad converter, or should I be looking at the speed sensor/wiring?
