What kind of oil do you guys use on the LB7. as well as filter.

Also going to change Front and rear diff. and tranny. what do you think i should use.



For teh regular maint. of this thing how often should the fuel filter be changed?

I'm a little biased on what to use But aside from that, synthetic in the diffs for sure. It's also popular in the tranny(tes-295 spec). The luxury of the 06 and older, you can run either the newer CJ-4 rated oils or stick with the older stuff(harder to find) but it's out there.
As for fuel filters, most are pretty conservative on this. No one likes a "full" filter. I've seen some change it every 7-10k, but 15-20 is more common.
I change oil once a year so the fuel fitler goes with it.

 

I use Chevron Delo 400 Syn 5w40 in my rig, usually WIX filters, but im gona try out some fleet guard filters this time

I change my fuel filter with every oil change, its just cheap insurance

 

Rotella 15-40 with Napa gold or wix filters.
