Help with injector replacement
After reading 2500 Heavy Duty write up I still have a few questions. I have got both valve covers off of my 2003 LB7 passenger side now I need to know what I need to move to do the drivers side. There appears to be 2 fuel lines in the way and a box behind them. What are they and what do I need to know before take them apart. Will they take any special tools? Thanks in advance

Quick fuel line disconnect tool for the lines. The upper radiator hose comes off. The wiring harness bolts to the upper valve cover on the drivers side. The box you see next to the fire wall is the glow plug moduel. There will be a wire running from it down to #8 cylinder than a wire from #2 cylinder comes up and over the engine to supply the other bank of glow plugs. Other than that is like the other side.

Well, all the new injectors are in and valve covers in place. So far I have followed the directions to the letter. I soaked the fuel lines that go through the valve covers in naval jelly and it really seems to work. No one where I live knows where to do the bead blasting fix for corrosion. Thanks for all your help. I plan on adding a Air Dog ll to help filter out the bad stuff.
