you manually shift at 4k? dos it fall on its face during the shift

from what it sonds like the ecm could be defuling so hard because of the engine torque between shifts, at 2700 rpms its limiting it to about 750lbft of torrque. the quad tuner does not modify the max engine torque limits, in other words it still runs the stock defuel.

my 04 dodge did that the first dealer couldnt figure it out the second put it under load 19000lbs on a dyno ( since mine did it with a loaded trailer behind it and with it floored and ever once in a while floored empty) and it turned out that the waste gate was broke in the turbo mine was under warranty.

Wow, Good work bud, I thought the quad eliminated defuel!! Time for PPE or EFI Live ....I'll hook you up if you decide to go that route!

i also used to get non reported overboost codes with the quad tuner i used to have, it would shut down the truck to 60mph and keep it there for a while then it would be able to start going faster again.

Shifts hard til it limps, never falls at all. In fact it runs like an animal til it limps.

Plan on going with efi live before next year, just hoping to find some sort of bandaid for last pull this year.

could be a soft overboost code, i got them all the time and they werent reported but it limped the engine everytime. drove me crazy
