Default puff while cranking

iv adjusted my fuel to be injected while cranking on efi to 75mm3. i havent loaded it in yet but i was wandering if this could be potentially harmful?

i used to have mine set at 100mm3, looked cool. but all that extra fuel could wash the cyinders i think . dont take my word for it.
