I just purchased a 2002 Duramax with 192000 miles, all stock no upgrades whatsoever. was driving around town truck went into limp mode brought home check the codes po 700 and po746 took to tranny shop they replaced solenoid in tranny drove 4 to miles on test drive same thing happened went to limp mode same solenoid burnup checked for bad wires none found so they replaced the solenoid and it went bad again the tranny shop tells me they cannot figure it out needs to go to the Stealer. Any help would be appreciated now sits in my driveway till fixed

 

look into the round connector that faces rear of tranny ive heard it shorts it i have same problem but im replacing whole tranny due to some unfortunate fortunate luck from my now parts doner truck
