Default Yet another lb7 injector thread. Brainstorming panel of brilliant minds in identifica

So the overall subject of this thread is identification of injectors. I know the vague topic has been somewhat beat to death. I've searched my specific observations and have found nothing.

I recently purchased a complete core engine. I pulled the injectors which were installed shortly before the engine went. Upon inspection they only have writing on one side of the body. Also are stamped with an H instead of a B like the past injectors I've dealt with. I was under the assumption Bosch was the only one who manufactured bodies. Another thing I noticed is the round disc portion of some bodies are grooved around and another version is clean with no grooves. IS there another company out there making bodies? Are these bosch but different versions?

I can't remember the site but I've read a post that supposedly had the answer to decode the build date by a set of numbers on the body. These don't have those numbers at all.

Does anyone out there know what gives? Pictures posted for reference.

Installed passenger bank yesterday.

I will post mileage and test sheets from said injectors.

I did a Google search for images of lb7 injectors to see if I could find some stamped H. I happened upon the rock auto website and found them under new AC Delco. Not sure if they are stock photos of an "injector" or of an actual Delco.

I did however talk to bosch tech support to see if he could tell me and from what he said he would be surprised if someone else WASN'T making bodies. I'm wondering if someone isn't riding the coattails of bosch all this time. It is generally accepted that bosch was the only manufacturer of bodies.

The core engine was rebuilt in 09 by SRC (GM DEALER typically) and injectors installed then. 2 yrs and it spun a bearing and sat until I bought it and pulled them.

The bosch guy couldn't recall specifically however what some of the markings were from his company. He roundabout indicated that the only markings that matter to them as far as ID are on the box when you buy them. It's hit and miss on disastrous proportions.

Pictures as promised. Truck has 247k and change. I don't know if anyone is interested however would be nice to have a place to keep track of some milage and test figures. Then again if this thread goes away it won't kill me. Just tired of spending so much money every time and having a mystery from the get go. I have an Airdog II 165 that will go on next weekend just ran out of time this weekend as I had a cup pull out. The tested sticks went into 1 3 5 7 passenger bank respectively.

Only just found this thread, so late in replying.
Europe isn't ONLY Bosch, I'm gonna guess CAV
I would search for the numbers/markings/codes you can see in combination with CAV
