No the level isn't rising. I finally took it to a shop. They said probably what happened is the injecters leaked into the oil and it was run like that causing bearing wear. They said it could run on like that but who knows. Basically I'm screwed on a truck I just bought that I now have to baby. Really pissed off here...

I don't see how it has no rattles/knocks if the bottom end is worn out imo I could be wrong I've seen a 24v keep running perfect with #6 piston and rod sticking threw the side of the block truck was strong cranked right up just a 5 cylinder

if the lower portion of the beaing is tight they usually dont make much noise ... then once the upper part starts to get thin and wrinkles up and then thigs start to spin in sync with eachother ...

The dealer is either going to have to take the truck back or pay for a warranty that covers the motor if/when it let's go. My mechanic says if it was his, that's what he would do.
