I think I'm gonna get some exhaust on it and if this bullydog works I'll just run it on Eco till I save for trans and efi so far my new injectors have 11.4 miles on then

Well the pilot injection shuts off at 2300 rpm. you will normally experience more rattle at higher mm3 because of this. Many mistake this for injector rattle. This is in fact called pilot rattle. Is it possible that this is what you are hearing?

that makes sense and when it's idling it's like a tap tap tap at there drivers side rear of the engine you can here it at the back of the front tire best it's not loud at all and not a hard knock. maybe I just got some bad fuel or I might just be paranoid after working on it so long

it shouldn't be tapping at idle so that is not pilot knock. try running a little 2 stroke for a few tanks to see if it clears up. are you able to see balance rates?

I really hope it's nothing I don't want to tear this thing down again -__-

i would drive it till i dont run then put new injectors in it and do it all over again

of course i would do the regular maintenance and such. wouldn't hurt to run some 2 stroke too.

what about running a tank of bio diesel? that stuff seems to be quite good at lubrication and cleaning things out
