injector line leaks

injector line leaks
2003 chevy replaced the injectors this is its 3rd set. You can tighten them up and it stops it for a bit but it leaks a couple weeks later. Where is a good place to get new lines from?

Believe it or not I put red locktite on the sealing surface of the injector lines and so far no leaks. I have removed and reinstalled the original lines 3-4 time and still holding good
