Had a PO380 and did some digging. Possible fix is the Ford Taurus cooling fan relay swapped into the stock glow plug controller ($30 fix vs $120 fix). The stock LB7 glow plug controller uses two 100amp relays on a 175amp fused circuit. I'm concerned that I need to drop that fuse back to below that max pass amperage of both Ford relays to keep from welding them on a cold day.

Anyone done this mod and have feedback? Thanks
