Default Passenger front axle seal dumping gear oil.

OK, so two weekends ago replaced both upper and lower ball joints on the drivers side of my 02 2500HD. no idea if it has any connection to current problem. i have always had moisture on the 6 bolt axle flanges but today drove to work and came out at lunch and there was a roughly 6inch across puddle of gear oil under the passenger side axle flange. and it is dripping from the flange about once every 25sec's. i had looked and found a few write ups but nothing to in depth. i have found so far that i need to remove the whole passenger side axle tube, then remove the inner axle from the tube to rip out the old seal. now is there a seal on both ends of the axle tube one right next to the 6 bolt flange connected to the cv shaft and one on the differential side that i should replace while i have the axle tube out of the truck? well thank you for your help and i will continue to search for more info on this before i try to get it done this weekend.
