Default Ok Explain this issue!!!!!

Ok I have 95 k2500 6.5td with 70k on it. I replaced pmd and relocated and found and replaced other stuff that was needed like ops, fuel shut off , and other stuff that will need replaced so went ahead and done it . But after a couple of weeks drive a problem reaccured with cutting out and bucking and soforth. well I am a ASE certified diedel tech in tractor trailers( I own my own shop) but to make a long story short , I started chaseing down this problem and let me tell you it really took me to left feild LOL. and after two days of troubleshooting . I finally put my old resistor chip in PMD. and It was a #5 stanadyne ( OEM) came out of old PMD. And took care of problems. and the one that was sold to me was the same thing cause thats what I wanted but sure enough that was the problem. no engine lights no cutting out no bucking and so forth. hell I put 200 miles on it cause I just could make sure and has alot more power . so explain how that could be when it was the same # 5 and brand new stanadyne . And yes I know it probly was a defect but sure enough. and I also add a ground to injection pump where they have had the little 18 gauge ground wires To a aluminum houseing which really makes no sense to me cause anybody who knows a little about mechanics (gas or diesel) knows that Aluminum is the worse thing that you can ground to but yes I am sure it is there for a reason. and me adding another sure the hell can not hurt. But has anyone eles had this problem or something close to this problem resulting in a bad resistor ( New or Used) !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and finally after fixed with a beer it one hand
