Default 6.5 starter issues

starter bolts broke on the 93 k2500 that i just got
someone forgot to put the tail bracket on the starter
went to retap the hole{the easyout couldn't get the threaded piece out}
and the corner of the block broke out {this is the outer starter bolt}
does any body have any ideas? i'm on a real tight budget.
