So, you spent 600 bucks and hours of fab time for something that will flow more than a 6.5 will ever be capable of when you can buy an off the shelf 4" system that is also capable of flowing more exhaust than a 6.5 can make and bolt up with minimal problems for 300 bucks? Step up to 500 bucks and you can get it all in stainless steel.

Not trying to put you down, but that doesn't make a lot of sense to me from either a performance or cost standpoint.

I'm also assuming you made your own crossover since the duramax feeds both banks to the turbo differently than a 6.5.

I've also have my welding tickets (missing a few high reliabilty ones, only so much time in my life) and machinist certs, to go along with a few other things.....

Back to your original problem:

Have you pulled the trouble codes from from the PCM yet? A paper clip can get you the flash out codes without a scanner. Google it and the procedure will show up.

Have you cleaned the PCM ground point on the passenger rear intake manifold? Lots of weird issues show up when there's corrosion in there....
