mad Wont start , no power to starter, hvac blower no

Hey guys i need help badly , my truck last night was running great last night until wen i was driving the little light on the dash that tells me what gear im in was flashing like a short in the wires and my blower motor was going on and off with it as well... Now this morning the blower motor wont work and i cant start my truck.. Wen i turn the key to crank nothing happends. U can hear the relay in the dash click but no start. There no power going to the startter either.... What do i do... Just called in to work saying i couldnt make it cause of my truck ... And im also getting a code p0380 circuit a malfonction.. Help would be mint...

What year first?

The OBDII code seems to indicate 96+.

Check fuses first, then maybe ignition key cylinder gone bad?

Very hard to trouble shoot electrical problems over the net. Especially bizarre ones.

Grounds are known to cause all kind of electrical issues on these rigs. I'd hunt them all down and make sure they're clean first...

Ended up being bad ground thatcomes from the firewall harness to the intake manifold bolt/nut , thanks for quuick reply

Ahh yes, the one at the back on the passenger side no doubt.

That one has been a problem for many a 6.5'er. Seems the PCM is especially sensitive to that ground being bad....

if the problem happens again buy the 1" ground strap and replace them all i had problems with my truck happened almost every other day, i replaced them and never had it again. make sure they are tight these truck NEED grounds
