Get PMD out from under the
if you have over 100,000 miles on the injectors it time replace them do the return lines and glow plugs at same time
if you running stock exhaust need to go with 3 inch down and at lease 3.5 inch cat back and get 97+ air filter set
keep oil change up
clean all grounds
You should be good to go for long time these are really good motors

I haven't relocated the pmd yet or done the injectors. I've don't new high heat output bosch glow plugs. I've replaced the exhaust with 4" back from the turbo into a 6" tip (all straight piped, no cat or muffler). I've put on aftermarket Afe intake as well as a performance chip and guages. How would you even clean all the grounds? Seems like a pretty big chore.

Ground not all the bad to clean
The computer grounds witch is 2 or 3 wires on right back of intake and right next to it on the firewall there 2 ground straps right under the AC Dryer one goes to head and other goes to the frame from the firewall. Then have the ground for PMD on top of the IP and one ground on right fender next to the battery check them make sure there clean and good ends on them and check straps really good make sure they don't ave no weak points
