Anybody know torque specs for main bearings and rods?

I asked about torque specs for specific components of a 6.2 chev, and , after a month, no responses? really!! Perhaps I overestimated the knowledge base of this website. c'mon people-help a brother out.......

haynes has a book on 6.2's full of torque specs
