where's a guy buy one, how much is it gonna run me? hopefully not more than 400 bucksish.

sorry no, a tech 2 is a GM scanner which does more and allows you to access more information than a standard OBD/OBD2 scanner. they are normally dumb expensive, but a guy could use one for cheaperish.

Not too sure if a person can get one, but if they could, might find one on Ebay.
