Default 6.2 injection pump timing

Attached picture shows how my engine came from the machine shop where it was rebuilt. Shouldn't those marks be lined up?

Thanks, Robert

Timing is advanced there. Only issue there, is it'll be a little harder starting and have a little more rattle to it when it's cold.

I did that to my 83 6.2L. It advances the timing. Ran a whole lot better and got better mileage by about 1MPG.
