Default No Throttle GMC 6.5

Recently about two weeks now, purchased this 94 GMC 6.5 extended Cab, 4x4, 5 speed manual. Seems to be all stock. A couple of times after starting it up and taking off down the road, there was no throttle. If I give it full throttle, it will go, but a little throttle it won,t move. Changed the filter, but it came back again. It's not a constant problem. Any help would be appreciated.

could be the throttle position sensor which is the gas peddle. it could have a dead spot in it. does it rev up smoothly in park? check the tps with an ohm meter

Default No Throttle

Thanks for your suggestion. It does rev smoothly in park. It only happened twice, and on two different days. I will check the tps. Thanks.

Thanks, Still not used to the abbreviated terminology. I am in the middle of relocating the FSD. Moving it to the bumper. Waiting for extension harness.

APPS (automatic pedal positioning sensor) on the pedal itself in the cab.
PMD (pump mounted driver), FSD (fuel solenoid Driver)
