I have a 94 c3500HD. I'm tired of getting stuck at job sites and wanna convert to 4x4. I can find dana 60 axles all over the place which will be fine for the application. I need help with the transfer case. What do I get for the 4l80 that is in the truck now? Any help would be great thanks guys.

 

Get a 60 with a drivers side diff and you can use a 241C, which is what it would have had if It were 4wd. You will either need to have a 4wd tailshaft installed in your 4l80 or just sell yours and get one from a 4wd. Your 241 will need to have the 32 spine input gear to match the 4/80.
