Default 1993 6.5 turbo power loss up hill?????????

So I put on the snow performance tow max on my 33' rv and it works awesome, but I wasent getting good boost so I wired my wastegate shut, works great now, no boost over 15.5. But the porblem came this weekend on the way to the desert. We made it about 50 miles from the house and we were going up a small long grade and i started to loose power gradualy. I made it off the exit at about 1mph and shut if off. Sat there scratching my head(new diesle guy) and made a few calls to budys and ended up bleeding one of the injecters and walla, it runns great for another 5miles then did it again, I bled it again and it worked great again. That was Friday, so we left today (sunday) and it happend again a couple times I cleaned out my fuel filer wich I had just replaced and was dirty again at the bottom of the dish and refilled it. Checked the lifter pump and it filled my tool box I had with me under the coach So about a 100mile run back home and it happened twice ,both times I was pushing it to trying to get it to happen so I can figure out if its fix or not. Got Dove season coming up the end of this month and don't want to be broke down the family in 115* weather. I was wondering if this sounds like the (ops) oil pressure switch or a pin hole somewhere, I just don't know where to start? When it runs it runs really good theres original 48k on the motor.
Thank you for any help.
Andrew

what kind boost where you running and the program you have what is it max boost setup for you may have been over boosting and ECM was defueling you

Now for have to bleed injectors i would have say you are sucking air some where

Other thing to try is loosing fuel cap see if it still dose it may not be venting right

Wire waste gate BAD,BAD,BAD thing to do you will blow head gasket or motor

so I need to build a wastegate, I thought that if it didnt go past 17 psi I would be fine, guess not? And is there a good way to find the air leak. its about 18' of fuel line because is an rv and the lift pump is right on the frame next to the tank. Another thing i forgot to mention was right before it would start to loose power the rv would fill with the strongest exhaust fumes from the motor then it would choke out. Should I put a fule filter before or after the lift pump? The system runs off of boost and Egt so it only kicks in when the egts go over a certain point. Do you have a link on building a wastegate. And where should I keep my boost at. 20QUESTIONS I KNOW.
Thanks

Well first all you need fine out what ECM set up for on boost before it defuel like mine from Heath my ECM is setup for 20lbs boost but you don't want to more the 15lbs no if your set for 10 you only be able run 8lbs maybe spike 10 for few seconds

here link gave some kind idea build TM

Make Your Own Mechanical Wastegate Controller

dont know what the ecm is. and the egt's are running on flat ground about 65mph at 800 to 900* and the boost at about 6-7psi if i stomp on it going up a hill I can get it up to about 1100* and the boost went to 15.5 once but usually it stays around 9 to 13psi. What about the exhaust smell before it cuts out, any clue.??

What is to much boost. and since the hose is running a whole 33' could it really be reading low on the boost?
Thanks for all your guys help, this is the best place for diesel info.
