Default need more HP

I do alot of pulling and was wanting to know how to get more HP out of this 6.5. I have a 93 gmc 3500 converted to flat bed, single axle 4 x 4, 5 speed. Seem to lose power on hills. Any suggestions?

Turn the pump up, put marine injectors in it. If you do that I would suggest putting water injection on it. Then put an exhaust temp gauge on it... That's a must!

I have heard about turning pump up, but not sure how to do it. Also, was told , I would need to get more air into it. Then would need bigger exhaust. What is water injection?
