I bought this truck about 2 weeks ago ran great. started missing so I checked the glow plugs and had a bad one fixed that problem and the miss was gone for a couple days. Nut since I got the truck the glow plugs cycle good when it sits all night but if u stop at the gas station and turn it off it don't want to start and the glow plug lite never comes on unless jumpered were do I start and could this be my miss . miss only happens above 2000 tons any help would be great

 

what coolant temps if they are up over 200 deg the glow plug light will not come on

 

It happens even when the truck sits over an hour and on my way home from work o stopped at gas stationabout half way home and when I left hard to start temp at 150 and was missin but after a couple miles it stopped but still didn't have the power it should at 75mph and 2650rpm ons slight incline hauling nothing had to drop to fifth

 

start with changing the fuel filter then check the lift pump it could be bad the glow plugs are a known PITA the controller could be bad or the relay bad .
