hello all got a problem with my controller i try to cycle plugs and at end of cycle it does not click off instead stays makeing a shorting sound stops and im able to fire her up. Could it be a bad connection or is controller going bad? Also previous owener has by pass hooked up so should i just let it go bad will it mess up anything else? or bite the bullet and spend the 70 bucks that i dont got . thanks all for any advice: warlocks with help i will be WINNING gotta laugh @ mr sheen

 

sound bad relay they where know short and stay on just like old ford relays glow plug system that why they ran buy pass switch

for12.00 get new one

 

i proly should let it be then cause it has bypass installed till i get cash to fix it will anything else get messed up? or do i just verify which glow plugs are in there ?

 

well if the controller not shutting off you going cook the glow plugs

 

i think it is shutting off the indicator light gets dim when controller makes a shorting sound lasts for a couple seconds then stops and is ready to start.

 

take test light to glow plug make you don't have power their
