Any good cast 6.2 piston should be fine. If you run a forged piston the ring lands will most likely not be hard and will wear out. Keep the clearance at .0025 on the back two you can go as high as .003. You should not have any problems out of a piston at that. I average over 300k on a 6.2 or 6.5 so there is no reason you should not be able to also.
