Default Power steering to Manual steering (maybe)

My 94 C3500HD has cost me some money this year and I drive it for my business, I need it to run down the road right. I have have every component on the front end changed out and the front end is better but still has a bit of wander. The only thing not changed was the steering gearbox. I know it is weak at best. I also had to put a belt drive hydraulic pump under the hood for my crane. There is very little contact on the pulley now as it sits. I would like to find a manual gear box for the truck to eliminate the steering pump or relocate the steering pump to where the vacuum pump used to be (which is a undertaking). Does anyone know of a manual gearbox out there I can't seem to find one. Or is there anything I can do otherwise. Thanks... The truck has a 15,000GVW

Why didn't you just do a pto driven pump?

That is what the truck had on it but my former mechanic changed the parking brake shoes and I guess was bangin around to much and ended up that a bearing in the gear box dropped out of place. This caused a vibration that no one could seem to diagnose, after a little bit the pto gearbox blew up and the drive shafts had to be redone, what a mess and expensive. So I went with engine drive instead, much cheaper to set up almost all pieces for hydraulics already in place. I think I am just going to replace steering gear and move the power steering pump to where the vacuum pump was. I just have to get hoses made unless anybody knows the thread size on pump and gear box then I will make with aeroquip stuff.
