Default missing issue

Hey everyone,
I have ran into a new issue with my truck. It seems to have developed a miss to it. Generally does it under load, idles ok. No problems starting. This truck did sit up for awhile before i bought it. I have replaced the PMD, OPS, vac pump, waste gate actuator, starter, both ground cables, and cleaned all of the grounds i could find. I had a ford powerstroke that acted the same way, and im pretty sure it was an injector. Seems kinda weird b/c it doesnt do it all of the time. Just kinda picks and chooses when it wants too

Loosen each injector line then re-tighten, one at a time until it doesn't make a difference. Then you at least pinpointed the cylinder.

Yea i was thinking it could be the IP. The more i work on this truck, the more it looks like its not the original motor. When i bought it, the intake hadnt been long ago been taken off. I could tell by the fresh gasket sealer but the pmd failed right after, so i pulled the intake and changed the hoses in the valley and got everything cleaned up. Just seems like its missing on one cylinder though. Doesnt do it all the time, mostly notable under load. Wondering maybe if there might have been some sediment in one of the fuel tanks, and got some trash or something in one of the injectors?

And no smoke to speak of out of the tailpipe unless i gasser real hard.. then i get some black smoke

thanks for all of the help crazy... I got to looking this morning when i started the beast up... about 60 degrees outside, started right up. The return lines that come from the injectors, shouldnt there be clamps on the line at the injector? The drivers saide has clamps on all of the hoses, but the 2 injectors that I can see on the passenger side dont?? I added a 16oz bottle of power service, but i had to split them between the 2 tanks, im going to add another bottle here shortly and see how it runs.

how many miles on this beast. it could probably use a fresh set of injectors. not good to just replace a few you need all of them so you dont snap the crank. did you relocate your pmd to behind the bumper

im not really sure on the return lines crazy... they look the same on both sides, but im not really sure. This thing is a mess. Truck currently shows 396120 on the odometer, but from the looks of things under the hood, im pretty sure this isnt the original engine. Im leaning on a fresh set of injectors, im sure it could use them. I added a bottle of power service yest, and ran it some, still did the same thing. got the out last night on it. I ended up opening the t-valve up last night while it was runnning and drained about a quart of fuel out of it. Didnt appear to have any trash or junk in it. Sarted up this am and so far has ran beautiful... So i dunno yet. I did add some more power service this afternoon. Seems to be running smoother and seems quieter. I am going to run it some over the weekend, and monday its gotta go to the stealership for a new harmonic balancer and new king pins..
