Unknown Noise
ok fellas, i bet you're getting tired of me constantly asking questions but I have one more for you, my truck has been making a noise, it sounds like its coming underneath from the rear of the truck, its like a higher pitched, not to high, wa wa wa wa wa noise. it speeds up as you speed up but only makes it when you are giving it gas, when you are coasting slow it doesn't make it but when you give it gas it makes it, would that be the rear u joint or rearend??????

I don't want to sound stupid but there is a breather in the rear end

ok and is this rearend just like all the others, take the plug out and feel with your little finger to see if you can feel any and then feel it up till you can or till it starts to trickle out and what fluid do you recommend

Alright guys help please, I might just be stupid here but i can't get the u joint to break loose so I can drop it off the rear end and get the drive shaft out, what am i doing wrong, how do I need to go about getting it down then my next question is how do I get the old one out and new one in? do you have to have a press to do it, would it be better for me to take it in??????
Ok another question, my wife was driving it today and when she went to stop, when she would almost be stopped, it would jerk and make a thud and shove you forward. I looked at it when I got home and she was right, it does do it but not every time and mostly when you are slowing down slow and when i hit the sand or ice and it does it you can hear the pass side rear tire slide. is it the drum breaks or worse
