ia m going to be pulling my motor out of my 93 gmc its a 6.5 td an replacing it with another out of a nother truck was just wondering if you guys would think it be faster an eazier to pull the tranny along with it an put it in like that or is it eazier to just pull the motor never pulled a diesel befor just gas motor but it cant be that dif can it

ya think iam goung to pull it all together so i can bolt the torqconverter an tranny together with room should only take a day out an in i think lest a gaser i nw its a day

take few pics of all grounds and plugs that where lot guys mess up when putting back togetter is plugs and ground wires

The problem with pulling it out together and putting it back in the same way is you are trying to get a lot of stuff out and back in over the radiator support. I would split them apart unless you are going to remove the radiator support.
