i go with stock bosh injectors for sure have pop test to 2100 to 2200 and for tunes i am saving for tunes right hoping to order with next month i have herded lot good about both but going for diff tune i am going for towing you going for max hp i have to to Bill Heath all ready now i have to some one KOJO still and make up my mine
Yeah I'm not completely decided yet, but Heaths products are proven, the KOJO is a hot tune that I would be running if I had their A Team Turbo. Either way, someday if I get enough strength into this motor I will invest in an A Team or squeeze a Variable Geometry on to it.
GL4 is a very polished tune that is very good with pretty low egts but you cant customize to your specs. KOJO tune allows you to do pretty much whatever you want and is cheaper. most likely not tested as much as GL4 but there good tunes with no complaints ive heard.
Well Woody you use the Kojo would you recommend it? For me I'm liking the fact that the GL4 does have cool egt's. Know anything about ssd's number 9 resistor? And Bill Heath really wants me to put in a set of those Bosch glow plugs too, do you like yours? He says if you live where its cold (minus 35 C tonight actually) that you use the Duratherm plugs.
i love my duratherms. hardly any smoke at 15 degree start up without plugging in. resistor size doent matter. you could switch #1 to #9 and you wouldnt notice at all the power increase or decrease. according to other people of their accounts with the gl4 my egts are a tad higher but beside that i love it. ive never ridden or drove another 6.5 beside mine so i cant really comment on how it compares to other tunes
